Please note we are unable to support requests that are unsolicited. The Trustees receive a lot of applications which do not meet their criteria, so please do take the time to consider whether your project falls into any of the categories outlined above before submitting your application form. Click here to download the application form and a copy of the Ashtons Charitable Trust Application Guidelines.
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee which is made up of Ashtons Legal staff from across the firm, assess donation requests once a year in October and make recommendations to the Trustees – who are three Partners from Ashtons Legal. If your application is successful, you will be notified shortly after the meeting has taken place. If your application is unsuccessful you will be informed within four weeks of the meeting.
If you have applied and been unsuccessful we recommend that you do not reapply for at least two years.
Applications for donations should be emailed to email@example.com by 30 September.
